The Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Autofocus Lens is a standard zoom lens with high optical performance. This lens has an Image Stabilizer and high zoom ratio. With the Image Stabilizer turned on, you can obtain sharp, natural-looking pictures in dim lighting without using flash or a tripod. Very handy for places where flash is prohibited. Uses ring-type USM for swift, silent autofocus and full-time manual focus.

I believe this was a pretty good value. The shipping was super fast. It included all the items stated. The lens had no box, but that was stated in the description. The camera bag is very nice. It is an actual Canon product and very well constructed. The cleaning kit is a very basic model but it should do the job. The hood is a made in China generic, not a Canon, but for the hood I don't think it really matters.
I haven't used anything yet, and I will update this review when I do.
All in all I think you can get the extra stuff (bag, hood, cleaning kit) and the lens for the same price as just the lens on other sites. The only issue is you won't get the box for the lens. I think it is worth it.
