Shipping was very fast. Everything pictured was included but some items were slightly different (for example, the camera bag is not the one pictured. It serves its purpose nonetheless, so I was fine with it. Also the USB SDHC Memory Card Reader is not as fancy looking as the one pictured, but does its job fine). I was surprised the big tripod works well (considering that a good one would cost $50+). Its very easy to use and stabilize. The smaller tripod barely holds the camera up and only can if you squat it down really low. I believe its meant for smaller, point-and-shoot cameras.
The camera itself is very nice. The photo quality is superb and its very easy to use. I was happy I ordered this package because the extra 2 lenses make a huge difference in the resolution and quality. Its a great starter SLR camera.
Overall, I was happy with what I received. I was skeptical at first, it all seemed too good to be true. But the seller works fast and is true to their word.

Love the camera, just got it and have taken 50 pictures already. GREAT quality, but its a Canon, they are always great!
